1st WitneSING to the Word choral competition held
The University of San Carlos, through the facilitation of the Campus Ministry Office, held the 1st WitnesSing to the Word choral competition at the Rudolf Rahmann Cultural Center at the South Campus last Saturday, 5 September. Participated in by the different schools in the University, the contest showcased once again the talent of the Carolinians. This activity is in line with the 140th SVD Foundation Day Celebration.
The School of Education emerged as the champion. The School of Business and Economics, and School of Law and Governance also came out as winners being the first runner-up and second runner-up, respectively.
The board of judges was composed of musicians and music arrangers, namely: Mr. Dennis Sugarol, Mr. Elvis Somosot and Maestro Roberto del Rosario.
