The University of San Carlos was named by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as the 5th best performing school in the country in the May 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination.
Only six out of 249 schools who had graduates take the May 2022 examination were considered by the PRC as top performing schools.
Out of 89 Carolinian graduates who took the said examination, 76 passed giving USC an overall passing rate of 85.39% which is well above the national passing percentage of 42.35%.
Moreover, USC alumnus Kaizen Daniel G. Oriel landed on the 8th spot with a rating of 92.20%.
Nationwide, there were a total of 13,781 examinees of which only 5,836 passed.
