The ACCP is an annual gathering of clinical pharmacists, educators, researchers across Asia since 1999, serving as a platform for exchanging best practices, advancing research, and collaboration. This year’s event theme, “Beyond the Limit: Advancements and Innovation of Asian Clinical Pharmacy,” emphasized how the practice of clinical pharmacy becomes an indispensable function in the delivery of patient care.

Meanwhile, the AASP this year was held in Saitama, Japan, with the theme, “Pharmacy Education for Global Health: Shaping Leaders for Another 25 years.” AASP was founded in April 2001 and aims to share collaborative and innovative strategies to enhance student learning and develop pharmacy education and research in Asia.

Such international engagements align the USC Department of Pharmacy with the core of its vision and mission. As the Department becomes involved in research, it cultivates its students to become global leaders at the forefront of the pharmacy profession.
