Ronil Fronda Tomboc placed 5th in the 2025 Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination.

Ronil Fronda Tomboc placed 5th nationwide, shining brightly as a symbol of Carolinian grit, compassion, and excellence in the field of nursing.

Behind every newly registered nurse are endless rounds of duties, numerous late nights, countless pages reviewed, and a dream pursued with heart, made stronger by mentors who guided them and families who never stopped believing. This triumph is theirs as much as it is ours.

To those who dream of wearing the Green and Gold and serving with purpose, join a legacy of excellence. Step into Nursing at the University of San Carlos.

To our new Carolinian Registered Nurses, CONGRATULATIONS!
