Guidance counselor places 2nd in licensure exam

USC guidance counselor Lorille Mae Gesultura Aguilar (see photo above) placed 2nd with a rating of 89.60% in the Guidance Counselor Licensure Examination given on August 29-30, 2018 in Manila, Cebu, and Cagayan de Oro.

Another USC counselor, Rolito L. Duaban, also passed the examination, along with 22 other successful examinees who took their enhancement class at USC. Joan Paula B. Geniston, who took part of the enhancement class, also placed 9th in the said examination; Geniston is a counselor at the University of San Jose de Recoletos. Last year, the USC Counseling and Development Center (CDC) enhancement class also produced 2nd and 3rd placers.

Cadungog, Catherine Ross D. Degula, Rolito L. Duaban, Elvie S. Espinosa, Irene H. Gaborno, Teresa V. Garcia, Joan Paula B. Geniston (9th place), Junadel E. Hatamosa, Christina Liza P. Ismael, Christine N. Javier, Miralona L. Laran, Harry L. Nogra, Loremer L. Orit, Yolanda A. Padlan, Rachel B. Regodos, Josie C. Saluta, Mylene Louise C. Santiago, Michelle S. Talon, Celosteo A. Villaceran, and Maria Irmina A. Vintola.

National passing for the examination is 307 out of 471 examinees.
