The Offices of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Administration have declared suspension of classes and work at all levels today, November 21, 2018, due to tropical depression “Samuel.”

Despite “Samuel” weakening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has raised an orange alert over Cebu City and the rest of Central Visayas as of 5:00 a.m. indicating “moderate to heavy rains which may trigger flooding and landslides” in affected areas.
