Chris Lawrence Y. Bragat, Vincent Paul G. Cotanda, Kiana F. Jorolan, and Abegail R. Langanlangan represented USC and competed with other accounting students from different colleges and universities in the Philippines.

The student participants were tasked to produce videos that cover research challenges and opportunities, relevant issues learned during research, as well as research techniques and methods that they applied in conducting their research.

As one of the top five finalists, the USC contingent presented their final output via a 30-minute live lecture presentation.

The competition was organized by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Committee on Research and Development in partnership with PWC Philippines – Isla Lipana & Co. and the National Association of CPAs in Education.
