Governance, cultural mediation lecture

Two lectures on Governance and Cultural Mediation in Spanish Philippines will be delivered on June 29, 2018 at the Dingman Hall, 2nd floor, Dingman Building, USC Downtown Campus. The lecture is open to the public.

The lecture series is based on a book authored by Jesus Estanislao, Ph.D. Dr. Estanislao, a distinguished USC alumnus, former Chair of the USC Board of Trustees, and former Finance Secretary, will present a lecture entitled Governance in the Philippines during the Spanish Colonial Rule. Another lecture, The Role of Augustinians as Cultural Mediators between Philippines and China in the 16th Century, will be given by Diego Sola Garcia, Ph.D. from the Universitat de Barcelona.
