The University of San Carlos (USC), through its Counseling and Development Center (CDC), is set to offer a comprehensive series of workshops, symposia, and dynamic learning activities this April in celebration of Career Month 2026.

The entire Carolinian community is invited to engage in this month-long celebration of growth and opportunity.
This year’s theme, “Navigating Tomorrow: Careers in the Age of AI,” underscores a vital mission: empowering students to master AI tools responsibly while sharpening the uniquely human competitive skills that remain indispensable.
By centering the conversation on this technological evolution, the University seeks to bridge the gap between academic preparation and the global market, where professionals are already leading the charge in AI integration.
To complement these forward-looking discussions, the CDC will offer specialized Career Development Programs designed for various year levels. These include essential sessions such as the Work Ethics Seminar and Transitioning to Professional Life, which provide the practical foundation needed to thrive in any corporate environment. Detailed schedules for these programs will be shared by the respective CDC counselors in each department.
The celebration also extends beyond the traditional seminar setting. Students can put their knowledge to the test and win prizes through the high-energy Career Hunt, while graduating Carolinians are encouraged to jumpstart their professional futures at the highly anticipated Annual University Job Fair 2026.
