USC hosts AWPT 2026

AWPT 2026 speakers

The University of San Carlos will host the Asian Wireless Power Transfer (AWPT) Workshop 2026 on September 10 and 11 at the USC Talamban Campus in Cebu City.

Co-organized by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) Technical Committee on Wireless Power Transfer, the IEEE Philippine Section, the University of the Philippines Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute, and the USC Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the AWPT is the largest event for wireless power transfer research and industry engagement in Asia.

AWPT 2026 speakers

Featured speakers include Naoki Shinohara, Ph.D. (Kyoto University), Jefferson A. Hora, Ph.D. (Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology), and Takashi Ohira, Ph.D. (Toyohashi University of Technology).
