The Philippine Daily Inquirer and German market research firm, Statista, recognized the University of San Carlos as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers 2025. 

The result was based on “a comprehensive study where all companies with at least 250 employees based in the Philippines were considered.” 

Out of 3,400 eligible employers, the University of San Carlos was recognized as one of those that have “lived up to the public persona it cultivated.” 

According to the Inquirer, the annual Best Employers list features a total of 300 companies and government agencies, ranked based on their employees’ evaluation of their performance as employers. 

The annual ranking acknowledges that employees are best positioned to assess whether their employers fulfill their responsibilities and demonstrate good corporate citizenship. It has been conducted using an online access panel with a sample of more than 10,000 part-time and full-time employees.
