USC achieves 100% Interior Design passing rate for 2nd consecutive year

The University of San Carlos (USC) demonstrated academic distinction for the second consecutive year, securing a perfect 100% passing rate and emerging as the top-performing school in the July 2026 Licensure Examination for Interior Designers.

Kateryll Shazneigh J. Maneja placed 8th in the Interior Designers July 2026 board examination.

Leading the University’s newest cohort of registered interior design professionals, Kateryll Shazneigh Javier Maneja secured 8th Place nationwide with an impressive score of 86.55%.

According to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 381 out of 432 examinees passed nationwide, yielding a national passing rate of 88.19%. USC led all academic institutions in performance across the country.

This is the University’s second consecutive success in the interior design board exam since its excellent performance in July 2025. Such sustained momentum reflects the dedication of the faculty and staff at the School of Architecture, Fine Arts, and Design (SAFAD), under the leadership of Dean Dr. Adrian Del Monte.
