USC publishes position on proposed flyover

The University administration through Fr. Pres. Narciso A. Cellan Jr., SVD, D.Comm. recently released its position on the proposed flyover along P. del Rosario St., which will affect the 70-year-old Dingman Building, which is listed as an Important Cultural Property (ICP) while USC itself carries a National Historical Landmark designation.

Read the position paper in its entirety below.

This release came two days after the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP)-Cebu objected through the Regional Development Council-7 on the proposed flyover projects on N. Bacalso Ave. and P. del Rosario St. (see story here).
