The University administration through Fr. Pres. Narciso A. Cellan Jr., SVD, D.Comm. recently released its position on the proposed flyover along P. del Rosario St., which will affect the 70-year-old Dingman Building, which is listed as an Important Cultural Property (ICP) while USC itself carries a National Historical Landmark designation.

This release came two days after the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners (PIEP)-Cebu objected through the Regional Development Council-7 on the proposed flyover projects on N. Bacalso Ave. and P. del Rosario St. (see story here).
