USC partners with Chandigarh University for academic collaboration and cultural exchange

The University of San Carlos, represented by Vice President for Academic Affairs Fr. Jesuraj Antoniappen, SVD, Ph.D., entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Chandigarh University to strengthen academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the two institutions. 

The MOU was entered into during Fr. Anthoniappen’s visit to Chandigarh University for the 4th Global Education Summit on October 3–5, 2024.

Chandigarh University is one of India’s leading research, innovation, and entrepreneurship universities. It has been ranked among Asia’s Best and Fastest Growing Education Institutes. Meanwhile, the University of San Carlos is one of the top universities in the Philippines, known for its research programs, collaborative projects, and academic excellence. 

The MOU aims to foster student mobility, academic exchange, and research initiatives between the students and faculty members of both universities.
