Frances Riscel S. Padin (above) placed 3rd with a rating of 88.4% in the Librarian Licensure Examination held last September 18 and 19, 2018 in nine cities all over the Philippines.
Five other USC graduates also hurdled the examination giving the University a 75% (6 out of 8) passing for first-time takers and 66.67% overall. This is still considerably better than the national passing, which is only 49% with only 466 out of 951 examinees successfully completing the examinations.
