EE Class ’83 visits USC

Electrical Engineering Class 1983 returned to the University last July 14, 2018 marking their 35th anniversary.

The homecoming started with a lunch followed by a laboratory tour around the Fr. Lawrence Bunzel building facilitated by Engr. Jaybee Lacea, program head for Electrical Engineering. The class also made a courtesy call with the Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs, Fr. Rogelio Bag-ao, SVD, who also officiated the Holy Mass for the class at the Bunzel building lobby. The class held a fellowship night at Slabadu.

The visit of EE Class ’83 was initiated by Engr. Ray Lamdagan as a precursor for their class’ plan to hold a grand reunion next year, allowing for those who are based overseas to prepare for the homecoming. This will also be an opportunity to formally turnover some of the state-of-the-art equipment which will be donated by the class to the EE laboratory in 2019.
