SBE Dean, Accountancy Chair are visiting profs in Indonesia

SBE Dean Dr. Melanie B. de Ocampo and Accountancy Chair Dr. Marisssa M. Baldecir were invited by Universitas Katolik Soegijapranoto (UNIKA) to travel to Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia as UNIKA’s 2019 visiting professors from March 7-16, 2019.

This is part of the implementation of UNIKA’s faculty exchange program with the University of San Carlos (USC) now in its third year as part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two universities.

As visiting professors, de Ocampo and Baldecir will be giving lectures to both graduate and undergraduate students, join discussions on faculty development programs, collaborative researches, community service and instruction.

Both professors also presented papers in the 5thInternational Conference on Business and Economy (ICBE 2019) to be held March 13-14, 2019 held at Noormans Hotel, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.
