USC graduates John Philippe Dakay and Matthew Niño Dy clinched 8th place with a rating of 91.15% in the November 2021 Civil Engineer Licensure Examination conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.
Aside from the two board placers, 36 other Carolinian graduates hurdled the examination. USC also garnered an 82.20% passing rate for first-time takers.
Overall, a total of 2,374 out of 6,474 examinees (36.67%) passed the board exam which was held in different testing centers around the Philippines including Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
