The University of San Carlos continues to uphold its legacy of academic excellence with its outstanding performance in the September 2025 Psychometrician Licensure Examination.
USC, through its Department of Psychology, emerged as the only top-performing school from Cebu, earning national recognition as the 8th Top Performing School in the Philippines with an impressive 95.81% passing rate against the national average of 86.98%.
This year, 160 Carolinian examinees successfully earned their licenses, each one a story of perseverance, late-night study sessions, and the shared dream of becoming compassionate professionals who uplift mental health and well-being in society.
Adding to this proud moment, four exceptional graduates placed among the Top 10 Psychometricians in the Philippines, namely:
